To access the modem settings, open a web browser and type http://192.168.1.254. The default username and password are often 'admin' and 'admin', or they can be found on the sticker on the back of the modem.
A solid green light generally indicates the modem is connected to the internet. A solid red light means it is not connected. A flashing blue light indicates a DSL connection is being established.
Ensure your account is activated via the link sent to your email (check spam for admin@iot.spark.co.nz). Log in to the IoT Bridge dashboard to add users and configure device rules.
Locate the Reset button on the back of the modem. Press and hold it for about 10 seconds until the lights flash, then release it to restore factory settings.
