Nixie Shop provides a lifetime warranty for clock electronics and a two-year warranty for the Nixie tubes. Note that it does not cover the external power supply or damage from customer negligence.
You can adjust settings using the included IR remote control or the knob on the rear of the clock. Press the knob to cycle through menu items, and twist it to change the integer values.
