BIOS Update Procedure

Updating your motherboard's BIOS can improve compatibility, stability, and performance. Follow these steps carefully:

1. Prepare USB Storage Device: Format a USB storage device (e.g., USB flash drive) to FAT32 format. Other boot disks like PE or DOC cannot be used.
2. Download BIOS File: Visit the official MAXSUN support site (www.maxsun.com.cn/en) to download the latest BIOS file for your MS-Terminator B550M motherboard. Unzip the downloaded file.
3. Copy EFI Folder: Copy the entire extracted EFI folder to the root directory of the USB storage device you prepared.
